Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have recently discovered that many of the rubber chips on the playground contain pieces of wire. The pieces of wire are caused by a fault in the manufacturing process. We have closed the playground at this time to ensure the safety of our students and community members. The district will be working very quickly to resolve this problem and I am hopeful that we will be able to open the playground for use later this Spring.
