Scotia-Glenville schools have job openings from time to time. These are typically posted in the main entrance of the district office, 900 Preddice Parkway (at the end of Lark Street), Scotia.
Every applicant must complete an application for a position; resumes are not accepted without an application.

Check out OLAS
You should check openings for administrative positions, teachers and substitute teachers at Capital District school districts, and apply electronically, at the Capital Region On-Line Application System for Educators (OLAS).

If you have trouble with the OLAS website, you should call OLAS at 1-800-435-3351.

Because of a hiring freeze begun on March 15, 2010, only required/absolutely necessary positions will be replaced for the remainder of the school year.

Buildings and grounds: custodians, groundsworkers and cleaners
If there is an active opening in the department, you need to pick up an application. Check here to see if there is an opening in the buildings and grounds department.
Applications can be picked up the Buildings and Grounds office at the District Office, 900 Preddice Parkway (the end of Lark Street) in Scotia. The Buildings and Grounds Department is located near the business office.
